Alumni Spotlight: Cassi Payne | Class of 2021
From home bakery to agriculture!

Cassi launched Paynefully Sweet Creations during her time in the CEO program—a home bakery inspired by her grandmother’s legacy. Today, she still bakes regularly while also working full time in the ag industry at an independent soil testing facility.

“CEO taught me so many life skills, but most importantly, it gave me confidence especially in communication and interviews. I can talk to people in leadership positions without hesitation. I still rely on the connections I made in the program.”

Looking ahead, Cassi hopes to continue baking, grow her family with her husband Derrick, and become more involved in the community that raised her.
