Alumni Spotlight: Abbi Ledbetter | Class of 2024
Abbi launched Arrangements by Abbi during her time in CEO, where she created both wood and fresh floral arrangements and crafted 100% organic essential oil blends.
Abbi is currently enrolled at Lake Land College, where she has earned her welding certificate and is continuing her studies toward an associate degree in welding.
“The program allowed me to meet so many amazing people and grow in more ways than one. My speaking skills flourished and my confidence levels boosted immensely. I can now hold a meaningful conversation with adults and people my age. I ended up deciding to compete in the Fayette County Fair Queen Pageant in July and became the 2024 Miss Fayette County! Because of one single opportunity of being a part of CEO, it opened the doors to unimaginable opportunities for me this past year, and I’m sure for years to come.”
“In 5 years I would like to see myself in a career I love. I plan to travel as a welder for a few years, and then come back home to Fayette County to work locally, and eventually I would like to open up my own metal working shop.”
