Today in class we explored how different personalities impact teamwork. Students discovered their DISC personality scores and then put their skills to the test:

Gave directions for making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to see why details matter.

Built a Pringle Ring to practice planning, problem-solving, and pivoting when things didn’t work out.

They worked first with classmates who had similar personalities, then with different ones, to experience both dynamics.

Takeaway: The best results and efficiency come when all personality types work together.
