🌱 Business Visit: Nutrien Ag Solutions – Vandalia, IL 🚜

We had the chance to visit Nutrien Ag Solutions in Vandalia and hear from crop consultant Asa Thomas, who is also a mentor for our program. Asa shared a lot of insight not only about the ag industry but also about working with a team, sales, and making sure both your money and systems are running efficiently.

Some of my biggest takeaways were:
🤝 You have to be able to trust and rely on your team
⚙️ Having systems and processes in place makes everything run smoother
📦 Managing inventory wisely is important—especially since it often ties directly to loans and the interest you’ll pay on it
