Business Visit: Fayette County Clerk and Recorder

We had the opportunity to visit with Jessica Barker, the Fayette County Clerk and Recorder. Jessica shared about her many responsibilities including issuing marriage licenses, keeping vital records, recording land documents, and running elections.

She walked us through the election process in Fayette County, the importance of getting involved in your community, and how to get registered to vote.

We also enjoyed catching up with CEO alumna Makayla Cook from the class of 2021 during our visit.
