We were excited to hear from Samantha Landrus, who has experience launching and supporting organizations in new communities this week.

Samantha led our students through a simulation where each group followed a different set of rules, showing how every community and organization has its own culture. Students experienced firsthand why understanding a place matters before starting a business or organization.
