Students are continuing to develop their personal businesses and today learned about crowdsourcing, or gathering ideas and feedback from a large group of people, especially customers.

We discussed why it is crucial to truly know your customers when running a business and explored this through a taste test inspired by Lay’s “Do Us a Flavor” campaign.
