We had an awesome visit to Frost Buddy with Clay County CEO!

Started by two brothers from Newton, IL, Frost Buddy has grown into a multi-million dollar company — a true small-town success story. One of the founders, Brock Mammoser, is a Jasper County CEO alum, making this especially impactful for our students.

A big thank you to Mitchell Mammoser (COO) for taking the time to give us a tour and share an inside look at the company’s growth, operations, and what it takes to scale a business at this level.

Takeaways:
📍 Start where you are — you don’t need a big city to build something big
📱 Social media can change everything
🤝 Relationships and connections matter
🌱 Don’t be afraid to try something different
