Wrapping up the year the right way 🙌

On our final day of CEO, we had the opportunity to learn from SSG Gavin Hoene of the Army National Guard, who led us through a series of team-building and bonding activities.

Students were challenged to lean into:
• Communication
• Teamwork
• Trust
• Vulnerability

It was awesome to watch them step up, support each other, and finish the year stronger than they started 💪

We also spent the last part of class exploring career opportunities within the Army National Guard—adding another pathway to the many options students have already learned about, including college, trade schools, and entering the workforce.

A big thank you to the YMCA for always opening your doors to us and providing a great space when we need it—we appreciate you!
