Our class had the incredible opportunity to learn from Chef Thaddeus Bruno, owner of Table for Twelve.

Students got hands-on experience learning how to make poached and scrambled eggs before enjoying a delicious breakfast together. But the biggest lessons went beyond the kitchen. Thaddeus shared valuable business advice, including:

🍳 Do what you love
💡 Invest in yourself
🌱 Start small and build as you go
💭 There is no such thing as failure, only learning experiences

A huge thank you to Thaddeus for sharing his time, talents, and entrepreneurial wisdom with our students!
