Our visit to Dairy Dee in Ramsey was a great reminder that a successful business is about more than what you sell. It’s about people.

Pat and Angie Click have created a true hometown favorite where families and friends are encouraged to slow down, connect, and enjoy time together. From checkers and tic-tac-toe to activities for kids, Dairy Dee makes connection part of the experience.

Today, our students even put their ice cream making skills to the test! Bradyn was giving Erin a hard time about how he could make a better ice cream cone, but we’ll let you decide who won! 🍦

Pat, a founding CEO board member and investor, and Angie, a former CEO mentor, have been incredible supporters of our program. Pat left our students with some great reminders:

• Be dependable and take responsibility.
• Surround yourself with people who pull you up and make you better.
• Communicate, follow through, and execute.
• Assume the best in people. You never know what someone else is going through.
• Have gratitude and appreciate the people in your life.
