🌟 Another Great Morning of Learning with CEO! 🌟
Today, our CEO students had the opportunity to meet with Kevin Satterthwaite, owner of Pine Ridge Homes in Vandalia, Illinois! Kevin shared so much valuable insight about what it takes to build and grow a successful business—from economic impact and business plans to product vs. service management.
But perhaps the biggest lessons were the ones that go beyond business. 💡
Kevin reminded our students that listening is huge. Listen to what is being said. Hear what is needed. He encouraged them to be a sponge—to watch, listen, ask questions, and always keep learning.
He shared his three main goals in life: Family. Faith. Work Ethic. ❤️
He also reminded students:
✨ Don’t stress about being unsure—sometimes the best paths open when you least expect them.
✨ Surround yourself with people who support and encourage you.
✨ Never give up.
✨ Be willing to change and adapt.
✨ Discipline yourself.
✨ Know your product.
✨ Pay attention to current trends, especially as advertising continues to evolve through social media.
Kevin’s message was a wonderful reminder that success isn’t just about knowing everything—it’s about being willing to listen, learn, adapt, work hard, and keep moving forward.
