We had a great morning with Samantha Landrus of Transformation Church in St. Elmo!

Samantha shared some wonderful life lessons with our group, from being yourself and practicing self-awareness to continuing to show up in your own unique way.

She challenged students to:
🎯 Know your goals and let them guide you
🤝 Ask yourself, “How can I serve others?” and “What can I learn from others?”
🌱 Have a mentor, a counselor, friends in your trade, and friends outside of work and family
👥 Build a leadership pipeline by asking, “Who am I mentoring?”
📚 Never stop being a lifelong learner and learn to ask new questions

She started the morning with an activity that reminded us that we don’t always know where others are coming from and that communication is key.

So many great lessons and reminders for our students to carry with them well beyond the CEO classroom!
