🚀 Another incredible learning opportunity for Fayette County CEO! 🚀

Today, our Fayette County CEO students had the privilege of meeting with Marcy Wallace of Vandalia Scooters, who shared so much valuable knowledge and insight with us!

Marcy gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how a franchise works, explaining the difference between a franchisor and franchisee, the responsibilities that come with owning a franchise, and the many things to consider when running a successful business.

She also shared some incredibly valuable advice on handling difficult or upset customers—a lesson that applies not only to business, but to life as well.

But perhaps some of her greatest lessons were the ones that reached beyond business:

✨ Don’t be afraid of competition.
✨ Focus on what you do well.
✨ Capitalize on your strengths and do what you do best!

Marcy reminded us that success isn’t about being afraid of the competition; it’s about knowing who you are, what you stand for, and doing your best with the strengths you have.
