Today, we had the privilege of spending the morning with the wonderful team from Dieterich Bank, learning about financial awareness and building a strong financial future!

Our students learned the importance of setting financial goals, creating a budget, and tracking spending. They explored checking and savings accounts, CDs, debit versus credit cards, building credit, interest versus compound interest, and how to recognize and avoid scams.

One important reminder was that their biggest investment is themselves! Sometimes doing with a little less today allows for a better tomorrow. Focusing energy, staying intentional, and keeping those goals was the theme.

We cannot thank Haley Geier , Carrie Copple, Kelly Hemrich, and Kimberly Karnes enough for taking time out of their morning to share such valuable knowledge and practical advice with our students. These are lessons they can carry with them for a lifetime!

Thank you, Dieterich Bank, for investing in the next generation!
