"The reason I joined CEO was to step out of my comfort zone, become a better public speaker as well as getting out into the business world. I hope to get communication skills that I never would imagine having. I hope to be able to get my comfortable in a business environment. I have learned how to interact with a speaker, as well as shaking their hand and knowing how to be diverse in the business setting."

  • • You make an effective coach or counselor for others on the team. • You tend to be always ready to converse with a group, even with people you've just met. • You are affable and friendly when meeting new people. • You are influential and talkative. • You can be pretty disorganized and lack great attention to detail. • Sometimes you can express your opinion too much.
  • • You bring a high degree of self-control to work. You steadily move towards the completion of a task. • When you need to, you can be flexible to change or new ideas. • You are consistent and predictable over the long haul, even in the midst of change. • You prefer setting minimum levels of consistency and stability or control. • You can accept change, but you require a good argument for it first. • You don't like rocking the boat unless you absolutely have to.
  • • To you, the end usually justifies the means. • You are persistent in trying to get a message across, even in the midst of resistance. • You may be perceived as being non-committal by some when it comes to deciding on how to proceed. • You are flexible enough to work with or without a lot of structure or order. • You like taking your own way to the results. • You are practical and realistic.
