Today, Fayette County CEO had the wonderful opportunity to join Bond County CEO, Clinton County CEO, and Little Egypt CEO at Kaskaskia College for an incredible day of learning!
Our students were fortunate to learn from Connor Pollmann,who walked us through the many important pieces that go into creating and operating a successful restaurant. From choosing the right location and food offerings to understanding employee benefits, research and development, and so many other important aspects of the business, Connor gave our students valuable insight into what it really takes to bring a business idea to life.
And of course, what better way to start a day of learning than with a wonderful breakfast! βοΈπ₯
